Returns

We currently do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized items
Made-to-order apparel
Sale or discounted items

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will gladly work to make it right.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
Free of odors, stains, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived incorrect or damaged.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. TwoSol Co. is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped.
